Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Ms

Ms. Weiss has been designing scenery and rearranging furniture for as long as she can recall. In the past few years, she has also gained interest and experience in lighting design for theatre. In Chicago, she has worked with Bohemian Theatre Ensemble, The Side Project, The Marriott Theatre, The House Theatre, Next Theatre, The Neo-Futurists, and Drury Lane Oakbrook. She is a proud company member of New Suit Theatre Company where she was the Set Designer for their most recent production, Sizzle: A Global Warming Comedy.   Sally also works as a design assistant to fellow set designer Collette Pollard, and was the Props Manager at The Weston Playhouse in Weston, Vermont and The Studio Theatre in Washington, DC. Originally from Columbia, Maryland, Sally received her B.A. in Theatre from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2005 and recently finished the M.F.A. Stage Design program at Northwestern University where she studied scenic and lighting design.
